SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT

This Sponsorship Agreement is entered into as of July 1, 2026 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Capital Forge League, Inc., a Florida 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, EIN 99-4872103 (“CFL”), and Gulf family (“Sponsor”).

1. Purpose. Sponsor’s gift supports open-enrollment financial literacy and entrepreneurship education for military veterans and college student-athletes, including sideline screening-record days. Enrollment is open. CFL does not take equity in participant ventures.

2. Amount and term. Sponsor will provide $1,000 unrestricted over a term of twelve (12) months.

3. Claim boundary. The helmet structural integrity screening platform determines service fitness and creates a serialized record. It does not reduce impact severity, and no injury-prevention claim is made.

4. Recognition. Public recognition is limited to the name the Sponsor supplies. CFL retains editorial control of all education materials.

5. Governing law. Florida law. Venue in Hillsborough County, Florida.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties have executed this agreement.
