SPONSORED RESEARCH AGREEMENT

This Sponsored Research Agreement is entered into as of the last date of signature by and between Capital Forge League, Inc. (“CFL”) and National Sports Safety Institute Fund (“Sponsor”).

1. Scope. Sponsor funds education and screening-record operations for the helmet structural integrity screening platform. This is not a clinical trial and not a medical-device study.

2. Amount. $18,000, restricted to screening-record operations.

3. Intellectual property. PATENT PENDING — Helmet structural integrity screening platform, U.S. Provisional Application No. 64/123,976, filed July 31, 2026, assigned to Capital Forge League, Inc. CFL retains the platform and all serialized records.

4. Claims. Publications and publicity use the claim boundary: the platform determines service fitness and creates a serialized record. It does not reduce impact severity.

5. Data. CFL is the data controller. Sponsor receives only de-identified summaries unless a separate DUA is signed.

6. Governing law. Florida law. Venue in Hillsborough County, Florida.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties have executed this agreement as of the Effective Date.

AcceptedCFL is the data controller. The sponsor receives only de-identified summaries unless a separate DUA is signed.
AcceptedCFL may publish methods and education outcomes. The sponsor may review for confidential mark for 15 days, not to block publication of results.
AcceptedFlorida law governs. Disputes stay in Hillsborough County, Florida.
