August 10, 2026 Dr. Helen Cho President Atlantic Protective Equipment Fund Re: Letter of Inquiry — Protective Equipment Literacy Dear Dr. Cho, Capital Forge League, Inc., a Florida 501(c)(3), submits this inquiry for a $12,000 education grant. Enrollment is open. We do not take equity in participant ventures. Helmet safety screening is taught as service-fitness determination and a serialized record — not as a device that reduces impact. Medical-device literacy and open enrollment are in scope. A meeting is requested to walk through the screening-record one-pager. Respectfully, CFL Staff [email protected]
